Our Vision

A challenge to the traditional "waffle house", we have created a new and exciting "wähfle café", serving delicious artisan wähfles and hand-crafted coffee and espresso. 

Wähfles Café has become one of the best independent wahfle and coffee shops in the Los Angeles area . With an excellent selection of breakfast/dessert wähfles, iron pressed wähfle sandwiches and wähfle pastries, as well as consistently delicious, hand crafted coffee, espresso and tea drinks, Wähfles café has a growing number of loyal customers who are fast becoming familiar faces in this welcoming café.

OUR COMMITMENT to quality

Who would have thought that flour, milk, eggs and yeast could look so sexy?  When you use only the freshest fruits, produce, dairy and premium meats and cheeses...We do! We don't have big walk-in refrigerators and freezers so we must keep rotating our ingredients and preparing our house-made spreads, sauces and syrups almost daily, ensuring any product that you are served at Wähfles Café is of the highest quality possible.

We encourage people to come together for a variety of reasons and provide an environment in which they always feel comfortable to stay as long as they like. Whether its a family get together, meeting up with old friends, a date night or just looking to unwind and read a book....that's why we created Wähfles Café!
